The growing season came fast this year. All this sunny, dry weather has allowed us to get the gardens tilled, the beds prepped, and seedlings into the ground. We're already seeing our little seedlings take root, and have even noticed our first pests of the season (those hated flea beetles)! But with the long winter still fresh in our minds, even seeing the pests in the garden doesn't strike the ire it usually does. Soon enough, we'll be harvesting greens, peas, radishes, and other early season crops. We've already started cutting asparagus and rhubarb!
